User Service Agreement

Welcome to the AI email generation service (hereinafter referred to as "this Service" or "Easy‑Use AI Email") provided by Kunshan Xingzhilian Network Technology Studio (hereinafter referred to as "this Studio", "we", or "us"). This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and this Studio regarding the use of this Service.

Before using this Service, please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of this Agreement, especially the provisions highlighted in bold or underlined text. By using this Service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, please stop using this Service immediately.

Chapter 1 Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 This Studio: refers to Kunshan Xingzhilian Network Technology Studio, the operator of this Service.

1.2 This Service: refers to the AI email generation, email template matching, email forwarding, and related services provided by the "Easy‑Use AI Email" tool (hereinafter referred to as "this Tool") to users.

1.3 User: refers to any individual or organization that registers, logs in, or uses this Service.

1.4 AI‑Generated Content: refers to email text, titles, and other content automatically generated by artificial intelligence technology based on the user's input requirements.

1.5 User Input: refers to text descriptions, email requirements, recipient information, and other content entered by the user in this Tool.

1.6 Email Forwarding Service: refers to the service in which this Studio, through its system‑configured SMTP service, sends the user‑confirmed email content to designated recipients in accordance with user instructions.

Chapter 2 Service Content and Scope

2.1 Service Content
This Tool provides users with the following services:

  • AI Email Generation: Based on the user's email requirements, generates HTML‑formatted email titles and bodies using artificial intelligence technology. Supports three languages: Simplified Chinese, English, and Spanish.
  • Email Template Matching: Intelligently matches or recommends suitable email templates based on the email type and requirements.
  • Email Forwarding Service: After the user provides recipient information and confirms the email content, forwards the email via the system‑configured SMTP service (currently only supports Chinese content).
  • Email Preview and Copy: Users can preview the generated email content and copy the HTML source code or plain text with one click.

2.2 Service Scope
This Service only provides email content generation and forwarding assistance tools, and does not include:

  • Email account registration or hosting services;
  • Guarantee of 100% email delivery to recipients' inboxes;
  • Any responsibility for emails sent by users through other channels.

2.3 Service Changes
This Studio reserves the right to optimize or modify the service content, interface design, and functional modules based on technological iteration, business adjustments, or legal requirements. Users will be notified of changes through announcements within this Tool or pop‑up notifications.

Chapter 3 User Registration and Account Management

3.1 Registration Conditions
When using certain functions of this Service, the user may need to register an account. The user shall ensure that the registration information provided is true, valid, and complete.

3.2 Account Security
Users shall keep their accounts and login credentials properly and shall not lend or transfer their accounts to others. This Studio shall not be liable for any loss caused by the user's own actions (including but not limited to account password leaks, device loss, etc.) that result in unauthorised use or information disclosure, but shall cooperate with users in risk management.

3.3 Account Cancellation
Users may apply for account cancellation at any time through the "Cancel Account" feature within this Tool or by contacting customer service. After cancellation, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period as required by laws and regulations.

Chapter 4 User Code of Conduct

4.1 User Undertakings
When using this Service, users shall comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions of this Agreement.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not use this Tool to engage in the following conduct:

  • Generating, sending, or disseminating any email content that violates laws and regulations, offends public order and good morals, including but not limited to:
    • Illegal information such as pornography, violence, gambling, drugs, etc.;
    • False advertising, fraudulent messages, phishing emails, impersonation emails;
    • Defamatory, insulting, threatening, harassing, or other content infringing upon others' rights;
    • Unauthorised commercial promotion, spam, bulk marketing emails;
    • Content infringing upon others' intellectual property, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights;
    • Viruses, malicious code, or other content that may compromise recipient system security.
  • Impersonating others or forging sender information to send emails;
  • Interfering with the normal operation of this Tool, including but not limited to maliciously attacking servers, breaching system security mechanisms, bulk account registration, etc.;
  • Engaging in any illegal or criminal activities using this Service.

4.3 Content Legality Commitment
Users shall bear full legal responsibility for the legality, truthfulness, and accuracy of all email content generated and sent through this Tool.

Chapter 5 Special Provisions on AI‑Generated Content

5.1 Nature of AI‑Generated Content
The email content of this Tool is generated by artificial intelligence technology based on user input. Users understand and agree that:

  • AI‑generated content is for reference only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for specific scenarios;
  • Users shall independently judge and review all AI‑generated content and bear final responsibility for content review;
  • For emails involving legal, contractual, medical, or other professional fields, users are advised to consult professionals before sending.

5.2 AI Content Labelling
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, this Tool will prominently label "This content is generated by AI" or equivalent wording on pages displaying AI‑generated content. Users shall not remove or alter this label.

5.3 Multilingual Service Description
This Tool supports email generation in three languages: Simplified Chinese, English, and Spanish. Users understand and agree that:

  • English and Spanish content may contain semantic deviations, grammatical errors, or inappropriate wording;
  • For emails directed to different countries/regions, users shall ensure the content complies with local laws, regulations, and cultural customs;
  • This Studio provides SMTP forwarding only for Chinese content; users shall send English and Spanish emails independently.

5.4 Content Review
This Studio has the right (but not the obligation) to review user input and AI‑generated content. If content that violates laws and regulations or this Agreement is found, this Studio has the right to refuse generation, delete the relevant content, or suspend service to the user.

Chapter 6 Email Forwarding Service Terms

6.1 Nature of Service
The SMTP email forwarding service provided by this Studio is a sending‑on‑behalf act commissioned by the user. The email content is confirmed and authorised by the user for sending; this Studio merely executes user instructions for technical delivery.

6.2 Sending Restrictions
To ensure delivery rates and platform reputation, this Studio reserves the right to reasonably restrict daily sending volume, sending frequency, and recipient numbers. Users who violate these restrictions may have their forwarding services suspended or terminated.

6.3 Delivery Disclaimer
Email delivery is subject to various factors such as recipient mail server policies, network environment, anti‑spam mechanisms, etc. This Studio does not guarantee 100% delivery to the inbox and assumes no responsibility for emails landing in spam folders or being rejected.

6.4 Unsubscribe Mechanism
Emails forwarded by this Studio will include an unsubscribe link or instructions. This Studio shall record and block subsequent emails to addresses from which unsubscribe requests are submitted through that link.

Chapter 7 Complaints, Reports, and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Complaint and Reporting Channels
If a user or recipient finds that an email generated or sent through this Tool is illegal, non‑compliant, or infringing upon rights, they may report it through the following channels:

7.2 Complaint Handling Process
Upon receiving a complaint or report, this Studio will handle it according to the following process:

  1. Verify the complaint information and confirm whether the reported email was generated or sent through this Tool;
  2. If confirmed, take appropriate measures based on the severity of the violation, including but not limited to: warning the user, blocking email content, suspending or terminating the user's service;
  3. Provide feedback on the handling result to the complainant within a reasonable time (generally 5‑15 working days).

7.3 Malicious Complaints
If it is verified that a complainant has made a malicious complaint, this Studio has the right to refuse to process it and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.

Chapter 8 Protection of User Personal Information

8.1 Information Collection
In providing this Service, this Studio may collect the following user information:

  • User registration information (email address, login password, etc.);
  • User‑input email requirements, recipient information, sender signature, etc.;
  • Log information generated during use of this Service (IP address, device information, operation records, etc.).

8.2 Information Use
This Studio undertakes that:

  • User information will only be collected and used to the extent necessary for providing the Service;
  • User‑provided email addresses, email content, and other information will not be used for purposes other than providing the Service without user authorisation;
  • User information will not be sold or provided to any third party.

8.3 Information Storage and Protection
This Studio will take reasonable technical measures to protect user information security and prevent information leakage, damage, or loss. However, this Studio shall not be liable for information leakage caused by force majeure or reasons not attributable to this Studio.

8.4 Information Deletion
Users may contact customer service at any time to request deletion of their personal information. This Studio will complete the deletion within a reasonable period after verifying the user's identity.

Chapter 9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform Intellectual Property
The code, interface design, system architecture, algorithm models, and other intellectual property of this Tool belong to this Studio. Users shall not copy, modify, decompile, or use them for commercial purposes.

9.2 User Content Rights
The intellectual property rights in the email content generated by users through this Tool belong to the users, and this Studio claims no rights. However, users grant this Studio the right to use such content to the extent necessary for providing the Service (e.g., for service optimisation, compliance review, etc.).

9.3 Copyright of AI‑Generated Content
The copyright ownership of AI‑generated content shall be determined in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and judicial practice. This Studio does not provide any guarantee as to the originality or copyright ownership of AI‑generated content.

Chapter 10 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Provided "As‑Is"
This Service is provided on an "as‑is" and "as‑available" basis. This Studio does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free.

10.2 Disclaimer for AI Content
This Studio does not provide any guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of AI‑generated content. This Studio shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users from using AI‑generated content.

10.3 Disclaimer for Third‑Party Services
This Studio shall not be liable for email sending failures, delays, or interception caused by third‑party email service providers, network operators, domain registrars, etc.

10.4 Disclaimer for Force Majeure
This Studio shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, or email delivery failures caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, cyberattacks, system failures, etc.).

10.5 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall this Studio's total liability to a user exceed the total fees paid by the user to this Studio for using this Service (if any).

Chapter 11 Agreement Changes and Termination

11.1 Agreement Changes
This Studio reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. If changes involve substantial adjustments to users' rights and obligations, this Studio shall notify users through announcements within this Tool or pop‑up notifications. Continued use of this Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

11.2 Service Termination
If a user violates any provision of this Agreement, this Studio has the right to immediately terminate service to that user. Users may also stop using this Service and cancel their accounts at any time.

Chapter 12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law
The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

12.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of this Service shall first be settled through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the competent People's Court of the place where this Studio is located.
